was founded in June 2002 by Pauline Hackett, who previously spent
over 25 years working in both full service advertising agencies and
media independents on major consumer and retail brands. This experience
has been nurtured to offer a bespoke, personal service to small to
medium clients who have become disillusioned with being a small fish
in a big sea, rarely having contact with experienced and enthusiastic
senior personnel.
Clients who reject the notion that the lowest prices are always
given to the biggest buying companies and that the price you pay
for your ad space depends entirely on your buying power.
Rather they accept that the media owners can’t afford to
do this, and are more likely to offer the keenest prices to the
smaller operators. And secondly they accept that the big media independents
will give the best prices to their biggest clients and not their
smaller clients.
Equally, they acknowledge that the planning and buying functions
should not be separated – that buyers cannot possibly buy
at the keenest prices without a complete understanding of the planning
process, involvement in researching the market and the reasoning
behind media selection.
